2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide

• Account & profile: name, email, and (optionally) phone number.
• Assessment responses: answers to TLEI™ questions used to generate your archetype and report.
• Payment details: processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Cashfree). We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Correspondence: messages you send to support, WhatsApp, or feedback forms.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device, browser, IP-derived country, referring page, and session activity.
• Analytics events (page views, funnel steps, feature usage) via privacy-respecting tools.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

c) The Unspoken Room™

Personal reflections written into The Unspoken Room™ are processed to generate an AI response, but the raw text is not permanently stored. We only retain anonymised session metadata (session id, timestamp, detected emotion category, and whether the user clicked the follow-up call-to-action) — never the sentences you wrote.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, personalise, and improve the Services.
• To generate your assessment report, insights, and follow-up recommendations.
• To process payments, issue receipts, and send transactional emails.
• To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, LLM inference (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google via emergent integrations), analytics.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality safeguards.

6. AI & LLM processing

Certain features (insights, reflection responses) use third-party large language models. We instruct these providers to process data solely to return the response. We do not use your prompts to train third-party models. Providers may temporarily log inputs for abuse detection per their own policies.

7. Data retention

• Assessment reports: retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services.
• Payment records: retained per applicable tax and financial regulations.
• Unspoken Room™ raw text: not stored.
• Analytics events: typically retained up to 24 months in aggregated form.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and CCPA where relevant), you can:

• Access, correct, or update your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
