TLEILabs™, an initiative of Spiritual Mantra, offers digital services only. We do not ship any physical goods. This page describes how our digital products are delivered.
1. Digital-only products
All TLEILabs™ products — including the Life Energy Index™ assessment, PDF reports, The Unspoken Room™ reflections, corporate wellness programmes, and consultations — are delivered digitally.
2. Delivery method
- Assessment result: displayed on-screen immediately after you complete the questions.
- Personalised report (PDF): emailed to the address you provided at checkout, and available for download from your dashboard.
- Consultation confirmation: sent by email with a joining link (Zoom / Google Meet / WhatsApp video, as booked).
- Receipts & invoices: emailed automatically after each transaction.
3. Delivery time
- Instant products (teaser report, archetype summary, Unspoken Room reflection): immediate.
- Full personalised PDF report: usually within a few minutes of successful payment. In rare cases up to 24 hours if generation is queued.
- Consultation confirmations: within 2 business days of booking.
4. Trouble receiving your delivery
If you have not received your report or confirmation, please:
- Check your spam / junk folder.
- Confirm the email address you provided at checkout is correct.
- Log into your account and look for the report in your dashboard.
- Contact us at hello@tleilabs.com — we typically respond within 1–2 business days.
5. No physical shipping
We do not offer any physical goods, printed reports, or courier shipments. Any question regarding physical delivery is therefore not applicable to our Services.
6. International availability
The Services are available worldwide, subject to local laws and applicable payment methods. Prices may be shown in INR (via Cashfree) or USD (via Stripe) depending on your location and the chosen payment path.
