Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for products and services offered by TLEILabs™, an initiative of Spiritual Mantra.
1. Nature of our services
TLEILabs™ offers digital services — the Life Energy Index™ assessment, personalised PDF reports, The Unspoken Room™, and one-on-one consultations delivered online. Because these are digital and often personalised at the moment of purchase, refunds are handled case-by-case as described below.
2. Digital reports & personalised outputs
Once a personalised digital assessment, report, or AI-generated output has been generated and delivered, refunds are generally not applicable, except where required by applicable law or in the following situations:
- Duplicate transactions: if you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
- Verified technical failure: if a product was paid for but was never delivered, and support was unable to deliver it after a good-faith attempt.
- Wrong product delivered: if you received a product materially different from what you purchased.
- Statutory rights: where applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction grant a specific refund right that overrides this policy.
3. Consultations & appointments
- Cancellation ≥ 24 hours before appointment: full refund or free reschedule.
- Cancellation < 24 hours before appointment: no refund, one free reschedule at our discretion.
- No-show: no refund. You may re-book at full fee.
- Cancelled by us: full refund or free reschedule at your choice.
4. Corporate & bulk purchases
Corporate wellness programmes and bulk licenses are governed by the specific agreement or purchase order signed at the time of engagement. In the absence of such a document, the rules in Sections 2 and 3 apply proportionally.
5. How to request a refund
- Email us at hello@tleilabs.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include: your order/transaction ID, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, bank statement).
6. Review timeline
- We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
- Decision is communicated within 7 business days of receiving complete information.
- If approved, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment processor and issuing bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer before reaching out to us may delay resolution.
8. Non-refundable items
- Founders Circle memberships (once the membership is activated and benefits granted).
- Any product marked "final sale" or "non-refundable" at checkout.
- Consultations attended in full.
9. Currency and taxes
Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction. Applicable taxes are refunded proportionally. Any foreign-exchange differences or bank charges are borne by the customer.
