These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TLEILabs™ website, assessments, reports, consultations, corporate programmes, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated as an initiative of Spiritual Mantra.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tleilabs.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Nature of the services — important

TLEILabs™ products (including The Life Energy Index™ assessment, reports, The Unspoken Room™, and consultations) are designed for self-awareness, reflection, mindfulness, and personal growth. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychiatric, or mental-health condition.

Nothing on TLEILabs™ constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing distress or a health emergency, please consult a qualified professional or contact your local emergency services.

4. Payments, pricing, and taxes

• Prices are shown in INR or USD depending on the payment gateway used (Cashfree or Stripe).
• Payment is captured at the time of purchase for digital products (reports, sessions).
• Applicable taxes (e.g., GST in India) may be added at checkout.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. License to use

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including brand marks (TLEILabs™, Life Energy Index™, Unspoken Room™), text, graphics, methodologies, assessment frameworks, reports, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to Spiritual Mantra and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal use of your own report.

7. Your reports & content

The personalised report generated for you is licensed for your personal use. You retain ownership of your assessment answers; we retain ownership of the underlying methodology and the report format.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
• Introduce malware or interfere with service operation.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written consent.

9. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party providers (payment gateways, email, LLM providers, analytics, WhatsApp). Their terms and privacy policies apply to the portions of the Service they power. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See our full Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Spiritual Mantra, TLEILabs™, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spiritual Mantra and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered address of the operating entity.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the site or email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
